Mango Kesari


Ingredients:

1. Mango pulp  – 1 cup
2. Sugar – 1cup
3. Ghee -1/2 cup
4. Rava -1 cup
5. Water – 11/2 cup
6. Turmeric powder  – a pinch

Method:

Heat 2tbsp ghee in a pan add rava and mix well ,stir constantly on a low flame. Then add the sugar and the turmeric powder. When the sugar is dissolved add mango pulp and also add remaining ghee little by little. Stir well till you begin to see traces of ghee on the sides of the pan. Remove from fire, spread on a greased plate set aside to cool. Cut into cubes and serve.
