Paneer Capsicum Curry
Ingredients:-
1.Paneer –200gm
2.Capsicum-1 mediun
3.Tomato-1
4.Ginger-1 small piece
5.Green chilly-4
6.Onion-1 big
7.Coconut milk-1cup (thick milk)
8.Coriander powder-1 tbsp
9.Garam masala-2 tsp
10.Chilly powder-2tsp
11.Turmeric powder-1tsp
12.Jeera-1tsp
13.oil –3tsp
14.Salt –to taste
Method
1.Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, when they crackle, add chopped green chilly & ginger. Then add to it, onion and sauté well till it become brown. Add the powders, sauté for few minutes, add finely chopped capsicum and tomato and fry well.
2.Then add to it paneer cubes, 1 cup of thick coconut milk and salt to taste. Cook in reduced flame, till the gravy thickens. Garnish and serve hot.
