Egg Tomato rice
Ingredients
1. Cooked Basmathi or Jeera Rice- 2 cup
2. Tomato-2
3. Egg-3
4. Onion-1
5. Ginger-1 small piece
6. Garlic – 2 flakes
7. Green chilly-1
8. Red chilly powder- 1tsp
9. Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
10.Garm masala – 1/2-1 tbsp
11.Coriander leaves- a few (chopped)
12.Ghee or oil- 3 tbsp
13.Salt
Method
Make puree with tomatoes.
Grind the items 4-7.
Heat oil in a pan add the ground items and sauté well till it becomes light brown. Add the red chilly, turmeric and garam masala powders ,salt and fry till the raw smell goes .
Add the tomato puree and sauté well till the oil separates from the masala.
Finally add cooked rice, scrambled eggs and coriander leaves. Mix well and serve hot.
