Idiyappam pulao
Ingredients
1.Iddiyappam-10
2.Carrot-1
3.Beans-5
4.Capsicum-1
5.Green peas- ½ cup
6.Onion-1
7.Coriander leaves- a few
8.Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
9.Chilly powder- 1tsp
10.Grammasala- 1tsp
11.Fennal- 1 tsp
12.Oil- 2 tbsp
13.Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil and add fennel, fry for few min, add very finely chopped items 2-6 and sauté well till it is cooked. To it add salt and powders 8-10, fry till the raw smell goes. Break the idiyappams evenly, add the sauted vegetables and coriander leaves and mix well. A quick pulao is ready to serve.
