Egg Pulav


Ingredients
1. B.T rice – 2 cups
2. Boiled Eggs – 4
3. Onion Chopped -1 cup(1 big onion)
4. Tomatoes chopped – 3
5. Green chillies Chopped – 4nos
6. Garlic – 4 flakes (crushed)
7. Curry Leaves – afew
8. Cardamom – 4 (crushed)
9. Turmeric Powder -1 tsp
10. pepper powder – 1tsp
11. Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
12. Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tsp
13. Lemon Juice – 1tbsp
14. Boiling water – 4 cups
15. Salt
16. Ghee -1 tbsp
17. Coconut Oil – 2 tbsp
Method:

Clean and Wash the rice, keep it aside .

Heat coconut oil and ghee in a pan, add cardamom and fry a few mints .To it add curry leaves, green chilly and garlic. Saute for a few seconds,then add onion and when the onions turns brown, add the powders one by one, stir well . Add chopped tomatoes to the mix, stir well till it get fried ,then add the washed rice and mix well.

After a few minutes pour the boiling water , boiled eggs, salt, lemon juice into the rice mix.Cook the rice till it is done.

Decorate with fried onions, kismiss, nuts & coriander leaves.Serve with raitha.
