Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
1. Milk – 500ml
2. Egg – 3nos
3. Sugar-6tbsp
4.Chocolate powder-5 tbsp
5. Vanilla Essense-1 tsp
6. Sugar -3 tsp for caramalising
Method:
Heat 3tbsp of sugar with 1tsp of water in a pudding mould till it melts and turns into golden brown.Swirl to coat the side of the mould. Keep the mould aside to cool.Boil milk and let it cool. Add beaten eggs, sugar, v.essense and chocolate powder(mix the chocolate powder in 2tbsp warm milk) into the milk. Pour the mixture into caramalised mould and steam about 3/4 hr or till it is done. Serve cool.
