Egg Avial
Ingredients:
1.
Egg – 4
2.
Potato – 2
3.
Drum stick - 1
4.
Onion – 4
5.
Green chillies – 2
6.
Jeera – 1 tsp
7.
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
8.
Pepper – ½ tsp
9.
Coconut – ½
10.
Cocnut oil – 2tbsp
11.
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Method:
Boil the eggs and cut the pieces like aviyal. Cut potatoes ,drum
stick (lengthwise) onions and green chillies also and keep aside. Grind
coconut, jeera, turmeric, chilly powder. Mix the grinded mixture with the veg
pieces, Add salt and place it on the stove. When it is cooked and the dry, add
egg pieces, curry leaves and little coconut oil. Aviyal is ready to serve.
