Carrot Uthppam
Ingredients
1.Dosa batter-4cups (approx. 4 uthappams)
2.Onion-1
3.Carrot-2
4.Green chilly-2
5.Ginger- 1 small piece
6.Mustard seeds-1tsp
7.Dry red chilly –2
8.Salt
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds& dry red chilly, sauté well, and then add items 2-5 and again sauté for few min. Heat a non-stick dosa_tawa, apply some oil and pour the batter to make thick small round shaped uthappam. Spread the carrot mix over it and cover the tawa with a lid and cook for a few min. No need to turn the dosa upside. Serve hot with chutney.
