Chicken Masala Roast
Ingredients
1.Chicken-1kg
2.Chilli powder-2 tbsp
3.Coriander powder-2 tbsp
4.Pepper powder-1tsp
5.Turmeric powder-1 tsp
6.Green chilly-5
7.Garlic-4flakes
8. Ginger- small piece
9.Small onion-15
10.Salt
11. Onion – 1 big chopped
12.Cashew nuts-10
13. Curry leaves-a bunch
14 .Oil

Method:
Crush items 6-9 and mix with powders (2-5) and salt to make a masala. Marinate the chicken with the above masala and keep it for 1hr. Heat oil in a kadai, fry the nuts and the onions separately till they become golden brown and keep aside. Into the same oil, put the marinated chicken pieces and shallow fry till it is cooked well and roasted. Remove the roasted chicken from fire and decorate with fried nuts and onions.
