Ghee rice
Ingredients
1.Jeera rice-1 cup
2.Cardamom-4
3.Cloves-4
4.Cinnamon-1piece
5.Bay leaf-1
6.Raisins-10
7.Cashew nut-1/4 cup
8.Ghee-1/4cup
9.Boiling Water-2 cup
10. Salt
Method
Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, fry items 2-7, then add washed rice and saute for 5 mins. Pour the boiling water, salt and cook the rice in low flame until all the water is absorbed. Turn down the flame and leave it covered for 10 min. Open the lid and sprinkle remaining ghee and mix well. Serve hot.
