Paneer Masala
INGREDIENT
1.Paneer-200gms
2.Tomoto-2, chopped
3. Onion-1
4.Green chilly-4
5.Ginger-1 small piece
6.Garlic-1 tbsp
7.Onion-3, chopped
8.Turmeric powder-1tsp
9.Chilly powder-2 tsp(kashmiri chilly)
10Garam masala-1tbsp
11.Coriander powder-1 tsp
12.Tomato sauce-1/4 cup
13.celery -1 tbsp ( optional) or coriander leaves-a bunch
14 Jeera-2 tsp
15.Oil -3 tbsp
Method
1.Crush the items 3-6.
2.Heat oil in a pan add jeera ,when it starts to pop, add the crushed items and saute well for 5 mins. Then add sliced onion and fry till it become transparent.
3.To the above add items 8,9,10,&11 and saute till the raw taste is gone. To it add chopped tomatoes, fry till it become soft, add tomato sauce and mix well.
4.Add paneer to the masala and saute for few mins, then add enough water to have little gravy. Finally, add chopped celery.
5.Serve hot with Bread or Chappathy.
