Soya chilly fry


Ingredients

1.soya chunks- 1 ½ cup
2.Onion-1 cup chopped
3.Green chilly-2 cut into two
4.Garlic – 4
5.Red chilly powder-1 tbsp(kashmiri chilly)
6.Red chilly sauce-2 tsp
7.Tomato sauce-3 tbsp
8.Soya sauce-1 tsp
9.Spring onion-2
10.Salt to taste
11.Oil-2tbsp
12.Corn flour-1 tbsp

Method

Cook the soya chunks in boiling water with salt for 10 mts. Drain out the water and wash it again in cold water. Gently squeeze out water from the chunks and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, fry crushed garlic and green chilly pieces and keep aside for garnishing. In the same pan, fry chopped onion, add red chilly powder and sauté till the raw smell goes. To it add  the sauces (6-8) and mix well. Mix the corn flour in ½ cup water and add to the onion/sauce mix. Finally add, cooked soya and again sauté well. Remove from the fire after 5 min, add fried garlic,chilly and chopped spring oinon .Serve hot with roti.
