Paneer Uthappam
Ingredients
- Dosa batter-2 cups or for 2 uthappams
- Onion-1 finely chopped
- Paneer- 100gm (crushed)
- Green chilly-1 big
- Coriander leaves-1/ 2 cup
- Fennel seeds-1tsp (perum jeerakam)
- Oil –1tsp
- Salt- little
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds, when it starts popping, add onion, green chilly and salt and sauté for few min. Then add the crushed paneer, sauté again for few min and keep aside. Heat a non-stick dosa_tawa, apply some oil and pour the batter to make thick small round shaped uthappam. Spread the paneer fillings and coriander leaves on the batter,sprikle little red chilly powder.Cover the tawa with a lid and cook for few min. No need to turn the dosa upside. Serve hot with sambar or chutney.
