Boneless Chicken Pepper Fry


Ingredients

1.Boneless chicken pieces- 500 gms
2.Onion chopped- 1 cup
3.Capsicum- 1 chopped
4.Garlic crushed- 1tbsp
5.Celery- 1 stalk, chopped
6.Spring onion- 2 chopped
7.Pepper powder- 1tsp
8.Salt- little
For marinating
1.Crushed pepper- 2tbsp
2.Turmeric- 1tsp
3.Kashmiri Chilly powder- 1tsp
4.Corriander seeds crushed or coriander powder- 2tsp
5.Lemon juice- 1lemon
6.Salt to taste

Method

Marinate the chicken pieces with items 1-6 and keep for 1 hr.
Heat oil in a pan, fry crushed garlic, add onion and sauté till it becomes soft. Add capsicum, chopped celery, spring onion, salt and pepper and sauté well. Add   marinated chicken pieces and fry for 10 min (no need to add water). After stirring well, cover the pan with a lid and cook the chicken in low flame till the pieces become soft. Then open the lid and sauté till it get fried. Chicken pepper fry is ready.
