Semiya sadam
Ingredients
1.semiya-250gm
2.Curd-1 cup
3.Green chilly-2
4.Ginger- 1 piece
5.Asafoetida- a pinch
6.Mustard seeds –1tsp
7.Dry red chilly –2
8.Urad dal- tsp
9..Coriander leaves-a few
10. Oil- 2tsp
Method
Cook the semiya in water adding salt. Drain out the water and keep the semiya aside. Heat oil in a pan, add 3-8 items and fry. Mix the curd and coriander leaves with little salt and add to semiya. Then add fried items and mix well.
