Mixed Noodles
Ingredients:-
1. Noodles-500gms
2. Prawns-200gms
3. Chicken-200gms(boneless)
4. Eggs-4
5. Carrot-200gms
6. Beans-200gms
7. Cabbage-200gms
8. Capsicum-1
9. Spring Onion-1 bunch
10.Celery-2 tbsp (chooped)
11.Crushed Gralic flakes-8
12.Red chilly-6
13.Tomato sauce-3 tbsp
14.Chilly sauce-2tbsp
15.Soya sauce-2tsp
16.Oil-5 tsp
17.Salt to taste
18.Pepper pdr-2tsp

Method
Cut all the vegtables and onion into strips.
Cut celery and spring onions fine.
Cook the chicken and the prawns.
Cook the noodles according to the directions on the packet.Add cold water to the noodles,drain through sieve, allow to cool by sprinkling little oil so that it will not stick together.
Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and whole red chilly to brown colour and remove the fried garlic and chillies from oil, immediately.
Mix all the veg into the oil and fry till half done.Add shredded chicken,boiled prawns,celery, spring onion, sauces(Soya sauce can be added as per your taste),vinegar,pepper,salt and noodles into the veg mix and saute well.
Make omelette with beaten egg,cut into strips and decorate the mixed noodles.(use a non stick pan or a chinese wok.)
Vegetarians can avoid chicken,prawns&eggs and follow the same method
