Egg masala


Ingredients

Egg-3
Onion-1cup chopped
Garlic-1tbsp
Ginger-1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder-1tbsp
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Tomato-3
Oil-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves- a few

Method

Boil the eggs and keep aside. Grind the items 3-7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions till it becomes light brown. To it add, the ground items and fry till the oil separates and add tomatoes, sugar and salt, fry for 5min. Add the boiled eggs  and curry leaves, cover the pan keeping in low flame. Switch off the flame after few mins.  Egg masala is ready to serve with chappathi.
