Egg Roast
INGREDIENTS
Boiled egg-2
Onion -2
Tomato-1 big
Red chilly powder-2tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
Green chilly- 2
Ginger-1 small piece
Garlic – 2 flakes
Celery-1 stck
Salt-to taste
Sugar- 1 tsp (optional)
FOR SEASONING
Red chilly-2
Mustard-1 tsp
Fennel-2tsp (perum jeerakam)
Oil-2tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan, add the items for seasoning and fry. Add to it items 6-8, fry well, then add sliced onion, sauté till it become light brown. To it add Chilly powder and Garam masala. Fry for few mins, then add chopped tomato, sauté and add boiled eggs, and salt . Keep the roast in low fire for few more mins, then add chopped celery, sugar and turn off the flame. Serve hot with Chappthi or Appam.
