Kappa (Tapioca) stew
Ingredients
1.Kappa (cooked)-500gm
2. Coconut milk-2 cup
3. Small Onion-1 cup
4. Green chilly –3
5. Ginger- 1 small piece
6.Garlic-4 flakes
7.Curry leaves- a few
8. Coconut oil- 3 tbsp
9. Salt to taste
Method
Crush small onions, green chilly, ginger, garlic and curry leaves and mix with cooked Kappa adding salt. To this add coconut milk and heat in low flame (do not boil). Finally add coconut oil and turn off the flame.
