Baked Tomatoes
Ingredients
1.Tomato-8(fresh and firm)
2.Paneer-1/4 cup
3.Onion-1 finely chopped
4.Coriander leaves-1/2 cup chopped
5.Cashew nut-5 chopped
6.Raisins-10
7.Chat masala-1tsp
8.Chilly powder-1tsp
9.Turmeric powder-1tsp
10.Salt-to taste
11.Fennel seeds-1tsp
12.Lemon juice-1 tsp
Method
Mix items 2-12 and keep aside. Scoop out seeds from each tomato. Cut a tiny slice off the bottom of tomato so it can sit straight. Fill the tomato with the prepared mix. Place it in a greased baking tray. Pre-heat the oven.Bake the tomato in 180*c for8- 10 min. Serve with any main dish. You can also try this in a non-stick pan covered with a lid or in a microwave oven. This is a good breakfast side dish.
