Tomato Carrot Soup
INGREDIENTS
1.Tomato-3
2.Onion-1
3.Garlic -1 tsp chopped
4.Carrot-1
4.Carrot-1
5.Coriander or Celery-2 tbsp finely chopped
6.Salt to taste
7.Water-4 cups
8.Pepper powder- 1 tsp
9.Corn flour-1 tbsp

METHOD
Cut tomatoes, onions and carrot into small pieces.
Put all the ingredients in a cooker and place on maximum heat. After 2 whistles, reduce the heat and cook for 10 mts. Allow the cooker to cool gradually. Drain out the stock in a vessel and keep aside.
Mash the cooked vegetables in a mixie. Take out the pulp through a strainer. Add this to the stock with pepper and salt.
Take 1/2 cup soup from the vessel, add cornflour, mix well and add back to the soup. Re-heat the soup for 5 mts in low flame. Garnish with pepper powder and spring onion.
