Bread Puttu
Ingredients
1.Bread slices-10.
2.Grated Coconut-1 cup
3.Salt or sugar as per your taste
4.Ghee-1 tsp
Method
Make bread slices into fine breadcrumbs in a mixie. Mix salt or sugar and ghee with the breadcrumbs. For making Puttu use a `Puttu Kutti’. Put some grated coconut in puttu kutti, fill it with breadcrumbs till half, then add another spoonful of grated coconut and fill the other half with crumbs again. Cover the Kutti and steam cook for few min. Easy soft Puttu is ready. Have it with sugar or banana.
