BANANA CURD SWEET PACHADI
Ingredients
Banana - 4 (preferably Poovan or Njali poovan), Green chilly -3nos (finely chopped), Salt as
needed, Sugar - 1 cup, Set
curd -2 cups,
For seasoning
Oil -1 tbsp, Mustard seeds -1tsp, Jeera – ¼ tsp, Curry leaves
Method
1.
Chop the banana into fine pieces and mix with chopped green chilly and salt.
2.
To the above, add sugar and curd mix well.
3.
Heat
oil in a pan, add mustard, jeera and curry leaves and sauté till it crackle
4.
Add the above seasoning to the banana mix, don’t mix too much, as the pachadi should be thick.
