PANEER FRY
Ingredients
1.
Paneer -200 gm
2.
Lime Juice -2 tbsp
3.
Salt as needed
4.
Chilly Powder - 2
tsp
5.
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
6.
Coriander Powder-
1 tsp
7.
Garam Masala /Chat
Masala – 1 tbsp
8.
Kasuri Methi -2 tbsp
9.
Oil – 3 tbsp
Method
1.
Marinate the paneer with salt and lime juice and keep aside
for 20 mins.
2.
Soak the powders in
little water for 10 mins.
3.
Heat oil in a pan
and shallow fry paneer
until it turns slight brown and soft
inside, remove from fire and keep aside.
4.
Fry the soaked powders in
the same oil in low flame till aroma comes
out.
5.
Then add fried paneer and mix well so that masala
coats the paneer very well.
6.
Finally add kasuri methi, stir well and turn off the stove.
7.
Serve as starters.
