CARROT&DATE CAKE
Ingredients
Carrot grated -2cups, Dates chopped -2cups,Butter/Oil-
1cup, Sugar-1 ½ cup, Maida (all purpose flour) -2cups,Eggs-3, Baking soda -1tsp, Cinnamon and
cloves powder-1tsp ,Vanilla essence.
Method
1.
Beat the eggs till fluffy and then add butter and sugar, mix
well.
2.
Add chopped Carrots & dates, mix gently.
3.
Sieve maida with baking soda and add to the egg
mixture.
4. Finally add cinnamon and clove powders and vanilla essence,
mix gently and bake in pre-heated oven at 180*c for 25mins or till done.
