CHILLY CHICKEN FRY
Ingredients
Chicken pieces -500gms (boneless), Onion
chopped – 2 medium, Ginger chopped -1 small piece, Garlic chopped -5-8 , Green
chilly chopped -4, Capsicum – 1 chopped,
Kashmiri chilly powder- 2-3 tbsp, Tomato sauce- 2 tbsp, Soya sauce -1 tbsp, Chilly
sauce -1 tbsp, Celery stem chopped -
2tbsp, Spring onion – 2 chopped, Salt , Oil.
For Marinating
Eggs -2,
Corn flour – 2tbsp, Maida-2 tbsp, Salt as needed, Pepper powder -1 tbsp.
Method
1.
Mix
the eggs, corn flour, maida, pepper powder and salt into a paste
2.
Marinate
the chicken pieces with the above mix and keep for 15 mns.
3.
Heat
oil in a frying pan and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown
and keep aside.
4.
Soak
the Kashmiri chilly powder in water for 15 mins.
5.
Heat
oil in a pan, sauté the soaked chilly powder till the oil comes up then add chopped
onion, ginger, garlic, chopped capsicum and
salt one after another, sauté well .
6.
Mix
tomato sauce, soya sauce and chilly sauce with the above, then add chopped celery
and spring onion and again mix well.
7.
Finally
add the fried chicken pieces, mix well.
8.
Chilly
chicken fry is ready. Serve hot with pulav.
