POTATO FRY
Ingredients
Potato
(cut into cubes) - 3 -4, Curry leaves - a
few, Red chilly powder -2tsp, Turmeric powder-1tsp, Jeera powder- 1tsp, Coriander
powder-1tbsp, Chat masala or Garam masala -1tbsp, Salt, Lemon juice - 1tbsp, Oil
for frying.
Method
1.
Heat a pan and dry roast the masala powders until the
raw smell goes and keep aside.
2.
Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the potato cubes
till golden brown (crispy outside and soft inside). Sprinkle salt while frying.
Fry the curry leaves too in the same oil.
3.
Mix the roasted masala and lemon juice and
little salt with the fried potato cubes, toss well
4.
Serve with mango rice.
