INCHI THAIRU (GINGER CURD)
Ingredients
- Ginger very finely chopped – ¼ cup (15g)
- Green chilly very finely chopped – ¼ cup (45g)
- Yogurt/curd-2 cups (500g)
- Sugar-1 tsp (5g)
- Salt as required
- Curry leaves -2 stems chopped.
Method
- You can crush these items in a mixer adding little curd.
- Add the crushed items with the yogurt/curd mix well.
- This item is said to be equivalent to 101 curries in a sadhya.
