INCHI THAIRU (GINGER CURD)




Ingredients
  1. Ginger very finely chopped – ¼ cup (15g)
  2. Green chilly very finely chopped – ¼ cup (45g) 
  3. Yogurt/curd-2 cups (500g)  
  4. Sugar-1 tsp (5g)
  5. Salt as required 
  6. Curry leaves -2 stems chopped.
Method
  1. You can crush these items in a mixer adding little curd.
  2. Add the crushed items with the yogurt/curd mix well. 
  3. This  item is said to be equivalent to 101 curries in a sadhya.
