SPECIAL MUNTHIRINGA (GREEN GRAPES) SALAD
Ingredients
Green grapes -1cup (100g), fresh
curd/ yogurt-2 cups (500g), sugar-1 tsp (5g),salt, Sesame oil (or available
cooking oil) -1tsp (5g), dry red chilly -4, coriander seeds -2 tsp (3g), jeera-1
tsp (2g).
Method
Heat oil in a frying pan roast red
chilly, coriander seeds and jeera without burning, powder it and keep aside.
Take curd / yogurt in a serving bowl,
add sugar and salt, mix gently, drop the grapes and keep in fridge or ½ hr for
better taste. Just before serving sprinkle the powdered masala and mix well and
serve chill.
