BADAM (ALMOND) MILK/ KHEER
Ingredients
Chilled
milk-1 ½ cup/ 300 gms, Blanched Almonds – ¼ cup/30gms, Saffron-a pinch, Cardamom-2,
Sugar-3 tbsp/45gms
Method
1.Grind the blanched badam with
sugar, cardamom seeds and ½ cup milk in a mixer to a smooth paste.
2.Pour it into a bowl, add the remaining
milk, mix well and refrigerate.
3.Serve chilled.
