RAW MANGO CHUTNEY
Ingredients
1.
Raw Mango - 1cup peeled and cut into small pieces

Shredded coconut - 1cup
3.
Shallots - 5
4.
Ginger -1 small pieces
5.
Kashmiri dry red chilly -10 soaked in water
6.
Sesame roasted -1tbsp
7.
Mustard -1tsp
8.
Curry leaves
9.
Salt
10.
Oil -2tsp
11.
Jaggery (optional) according to your taste. Not required if you are using semi ripe mango
Method
1. Chop the soaked red chilly and grind all the
ingredients (except shallots and curry leaves) upto salt together to a smooth
paste.
2.
Crush shallots, then curry leaves, add to the ground
paste and mix well.
3.
Finally add jaggery for slight sweetness and mix again.
4.
Serve with Rice, Idily or Dosa adding oil.
