OATS COOKIES



Ingredients 

1. All purpose flour- ½ cup/ 120ml 

2. Powdered Oats – ½ cup/ 120ml 

3. Wheat flour – 1/3 cup/ 80ml 

4. Butter - 2tbsp/ 30ml

5. Curd - 2tbsp/ 30ml 

6. White sesame - 2tbsp 

7. Milk - 2tbsp/ 30ml 

8. Baking soda – ¼ tsp/ 1.25ml 

9. Salt - pinch 

 Method 

 1. Preheat the oven at 180c for 15 mts. 

 2. Mix all the ingredients except white sesame in a bowl, knead well and make any shape with a cookie cutter. 

 3. Place it in a butter-coated baking tray, rub milk on top and sprinkle sesame seeds on it pressing slightly since they won't spread much when baked. 

 4. Cookies should be placed about 3 inch distance; bake at 180c for 15 mins or till golden brown on all sides. 

 5. Take it out immediately and allow it to cool completely before serving.
