CHICKEN NOODLES



Ingredients

1.      Egg noodles - 250 gms
2.      Shredded chicken -500 gms
3.      Egg -2
4.      Onion sliced -2cups
5.      Garlic- 6
6.      Spring onion - 300 gms chopped
7.      Celery stem- 300 gms chopped
8.      Soya sauce -1tbsp
9.      Green chilly sauce -1tbsp
10.  Salt - as needed
11.  Pepper powder -as needed
12.  Chilly flakes -as needed
13.  Oil - as needed

Method

1.    Heat 3-4 cups of water in a vessel and cook the chicken pieces adding salt (it will take 15-20 mins).

2.      Take out the pieces and reserve the broth (it can be used in soups or stews).

3.      Once chicken is cooled, shred it using a fork and keep aside.

4.    Cook the noodles in water adding salt and 2tsp oil. When cooked, drain the water out and rinse thoroughly with cold running water, drain again and keep aside.

5.      Heat oil in frying pan; make egg omelette adding salt and pepper. Then cut the omelette into thin strips.

6.      Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, sauté well, add sliced onions and sauté.

7.   To the above, add shredded chicken, sauté, then add omelette pieces, Spring onion, celery, chilly flakes, soya sauce and green  chilly sauce and again sauté.


8.      Finally add cooked Noodles, mix well and serve hot.
