MUSHROOM PEPPER FRY
Ingredients

Mushroom - 200gms

Onion -1 chopped medium size
3.
Capsicum -1 chopped medium size
4.
Garlic -1tbsp finely chopped
5.
Black pepper-1tbsp
6.
Fennel seeds -1tsp
7.
Green chilly - 2 chopped
8.
Celery, Spring onion - 2tbsp each, chopped
9.
Soya sauce -1 tbsp
10.
Salt

Oil
Method
1. In a mixer, take 1tbsp pepper and 1tsp fennel powder,
blend to coarse powder without adding water.
2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic and green chilly well,
then add chopped onion, sauté until it shrink slightly, and then add chopped
mushrooms and salt stir and fry in medium heat until the moisture is released
and cooked well.

Then add capsicum and soya sauce, stir, fry for 2mins,
finally add pepper and fennel powder; making sure that all added ingredients is
coated with pepper-fennel powder.
4.
Lastly add celery and Spring onion mix well and turn
off the flame.
5.
Serve hot with Roti or pulauv.
