CAULIFLOWER CURRY
Ingredients

Cauliflower -500kg

Onion - 4 chopped
3.
Tomato - 3 chopped
4.
Jeera - 1tbsp
5.
Green chilly -5
6.
Ginger - small pieces
7.
Garlic - 6
8.
Turmeric powder- 1tsp
9.
Garam masala -1tsp
10.
Chilly powder - 1tsp
11.
Sugar-1tsp
12.
Vinegar - 2tsp
13.
Salt as needed

Oil - as needed

Sugar -1tsp

Method
1.
Take out the florets from cauliflower, cut into small pieces,
wash in warm salt water and keep aside
2.
Grind jeera, ginger, garlic and green chilly into coarse
paste with vinegar.
3.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté chopped onion until light
brown, to it add the ground masala, sauté well, then add chilly, turmeric and
garam masala powders, sauté till oil comes up.
4.
To the above, add the cut cauliflower chopped tomatoes and salt , bring to boil in medium heat adding enough water till cauliflower become
tender.
5.
Finally add curry leaves and 1tsp sugar. Serve hot with Roti.
