PEPPER CHICKEN
Ingredients
1. Chicken pieces -1 kg
2 .Curd -3 dsp
3. Coriander powder-2 dsp
4. Garlic paste -2 tsp
5. Ginger paste -2 tsp
6. Pepper powder-1 tsp
7. Salt
8. Coarsely crushed pepper-1 dsp
9. Soya sauce -2 dsp
10. Oil
11. Corn flour-2 tbsp

Method
1.Marinate
the chicken pieces with items 2-7and after 2 hrs cook the chicken till all the
water dries up.
2.Heat oil in a pan, add coarsely crushed pepper and soya sauce, when the sauce starts to bubble, add the cooked chicken and mix well.
3.Finally mix corn flour in little water and add this to the curry, mix well and cook for a few minutes. The gravy should cover the chicken pieces.
4.Serve hot with roti or naan.
