CHICKEN ULARTHU
Ingredients

Chicken -500gms

Small onion -1
cup crushed

Ginger-1 inch crushed

Garlic - 10
flakes crushed

Turmeric -1 tsp
6.
Kashmiri chilly
powder -1 tbsp
7.
Coriander powder -2
tsp
8.
Pepper powder - 1tbsp
9.
Curd -1 cup
10. Salt as
required
11. Onion - 1 cup crushed
12. Dry red chilly -10 crush
13. Curry leaves - 3 stem
14. Oil -2 tbsp
Method
1.Marinate the chicken pieces
with items 2-10 and keep it for 2 hrs.
2.Next cook the chicken till it become tender and the gravy become thick.
3.Heat oil in a pan add crushed onion, dry red chilly and curry leaves, sauté till it become slight brown. Add this to the chicken and mix well.
4.Serve hot with roti or rice.
