PAZHAM BONDA
Ingredients
- Smashed Banana – 1 Robusta or cherupazham – 3
- Maida/All purpose flour – 1 cup
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Milk – as needed
- Salt – a pinch
- Baking soda - ¼ tsp
- Cardamom – ¼ tsp
Method
- Take a bowl mix all the ingredients together adding milk to a pouring consistency batter without any lumps.
- Heat oil in deep pan when the oil is enough for frying, take a small portion the batter in spoon and place it into the hot oil and fry in low flame until golden brown (never fry in high flame).
- Serve hot as quick evening snack.
