Ingredients
- Potato - 2 medium
- Green peas -1 cup
- Tomato - 4 medium chopped
- Ginger - Garlic Paste- 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri chilly powder - 3 TSP
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander - 2 tbsp
- Jeera powder - 1 tsp
- Oil- 2 tbsp
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Bay leaf - 1
- Salt as needed
- Hot water -2cups
- Cut the potato into cube size and boil until soft.
- Make puree of tomato and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, roast jeera in medium heat, then add bay leaf, turmeric, chilly, coriander and jeera powders, sauté, sprinkle little water to avoid burning.
- To it add tomato puree and salt bring to boil until oil comes up.
- Then add hot water and boiled potatoes, keep on boiling, check salt, add coriander leaves and turn off the stove.
- Serve hot with roti
