APPLE PACHADI
Ingredients
1. Apple (finely chopped)
-1 cup
2. Fresh curd -2 cups
3. Salt as required
4. Green chilly (finely
chopped) -2dsp
5. Ginger (finely chopped)
-1 tsp
6. Sugar- 1tbsp
7. Oil -1 dsp
8. Mustard
9. Fenugreek - a pinch
10. Urad dal -2 tsp
11. Dry red chilly -1
chopped
12. Curry leaves -2 stems
Preparation
1.In a bowl add items 2-6 and chopped apple and mix well.
2.Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, fenugreek, urad dal and red chilly, after spluttering cool it and add this into the apple curd mix.
3.Serve this with rice.
