CHERUPAYAR CURRY - GREEN GRAM
Ingredients

Cherupayar-1cup

Potato – 2 chopped
(cube size)

Onion-1 big onion

Garlic –ginger-

Green chilly - 3 chopped

Turmeric pdr -1

Meat masala - 2

Coconut milk – 1 /
2 cup

Salt as required
10. Coconut oil - 2tbsp
11. Jeera -1tsp
12. Mustard -2 tsp
13. Curry leaves -2 stems
14. Dry red chilly
-2 cut in to 2pieces
Method
1.Cook cherupayar, items 2-7 and
salt in a cooker along with required water for 3 whistles and keep aside.
2.Heat oil in a pan, add items 11-14, let it splutter and add this to the cooked cherupayar curry. Finally add the coconut milk and cook for few mts more.
3.Turn off the flame and serve hot with chappathi.
