VEGETABLE SANDWICH




 INGREDIENTS

1. Bread slice - 8
2. Potato -2 cubed
3. Carrot -1 medium cubed
4. Beans - 1/2 cup finely chopped
5. Green peas -1/2 cup
6. Onion -1 finely chopped
7. Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
8. Oil -2 tbsp
9. Coriander leaves -few
10. Salt
11. Garam masala -1tsp
12. Turmeric -1/2 tsp


INSTRUCTIONS


1.Steam cook the vegetables adding enough salt and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, sauté and add ginger- garlic paste &turmeric, sauté until nice aroma comes. 

2.To the above add steamed vegetables, coriander leaves and garam masala, sauté for a minute (add salt if needed) and mash the mix well. 

3.Butter the bread slices on the outer side, spread the vegetable mix on the inner side of one and  cover it with other and grill the bread until golden brown. 

4.Apply some more butter on the outer side  and serve hot.
