CHICKEN MASALA




Ingredients

1.       Chicken pieces -  ½ kg
2.       Potato  –2medium cubed
3.       Onion -1 big thinly chopped
4.      Shallots -10 chopped
5.      Ginger Garlic paste -2 tbsp
6.      Tomato  -2 chopped
7.      Green chilly -2 chopped
8.      Turmeric powder-1 tsp
9.      Kashmiri red chilly powder-2 tbsp
10.   Coriander powder-3tsp
11.   Chicken masala -2 tsp
12.   Curry leaves - 2 stem
13.   Salt
14.  Vegetable Oil
15.   Coconut milk powder – 3 tbsp

Preparation

1.Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and keep it for 2 hrs. 

2.Take a pressure cooker put the marinated items and cook the chicken. After 3 whistles, turn off the flame and allow the cooker to cool down. 

3.When cooled, open the cooker and add coconut milk powder, stir well and serve hot with chapatti or rice.
