CHICKEN CHILLY FRY





Ingredients

1.      Chicken (cut to medium pcs) -1 kg
2.      Curd -1 cup
3.      Lemon -1
4.      Ginger -1 tbsp crushed    
5.      Garlic -1tbsp crushed
6.      Coriander powder -1 ½ tbsp
7.      Chilly powder -2 tbsp
8.      Soya sauce -1 ½  tbsp
9.      Tomato sauce -2 tbsp
10.  Green chilly – 8
11.  Capsicum - 1
12.  Curry leaves -2 stems
13.  Salt
14.  Oil
15. Spring onion for garnishing
 
Preparation


1.Wash the chicken pieces and marinate with items 2-9 (keeping some masala for further use) and keep aside. 

2.After 2 hrs heat a pan put some oil and shallow fry the chicken pieces. 

3.Heat a pan put some oil, add green chillies (slit in the centre), chopped capsicum, curry leaves and the balance masala, sauté well; add the fried chicken pieces and sauté for another few minutes till the pieces thoroughly mix with the masala. Granish with chopped spring onion .

4.Serve hot with chapatti, porotta etc.
