CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients
Maida-2 cups/ 256 gms, Powdered
sugar-1 ½ cup/165 gms, Egg-2 ,Butter-200gms/ 1cup, Curd-1/2 cup/125 gms, Cocopowder-6
tsp/30 gms, Vanilla essence-1 tsp, Baking Soda powder-1 tsp, Salt – 1pinch, Milk-3/4cup/5.3
oz (for more sweetness you can add sugar with milk.)
Method
1.Beat butter and sugar till light and
fluffy.
2.Add egg yolks , beat the egg whites
stiff.
3.Sieve maida , cocoa powder and salt.
4.Add little by little to the sugar
mixture.
5.Add the curd, essence, milk and egg
whites.
6.Bake
in a pre-heated oven at 180c for
¾ hr or till done.
