PANEER PAKODA



Ingredients

  1. Paneer - 250 gm grated
  2. Wheat powder - 1/4 cup
  3. All purpose flour - 1/4 cup
  4. Carrot - 1 small grated 
  5. Onion - 1 small finely chopped 
  6. Green chilly - 2 finely chopped
  7. Ginger - 1 small piece
  8. Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp finely chopped 
  10. Salt as needed
  11. Oil for frying

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients well  except oil, make small balls and keep  aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan, place the paneer balls one by one gently and fry in low flame. When the paneer balls turn golden brown, take them out,  drain excess oil and place them over a tissue paper ,
  3. Hot paneer pakodas are ready to SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY OR TOMATO KETCHUP.
