PANEER PAKODA
Ingredients
- Paneer - 250 gm grated
- Wheat powder - 1/4 cup
- All purpose flour - 1/4 cup
- Carrot - 1 small grated
- Onion - 1 small finely chopped
- Green chilly - 2 finely chopped
- Ginger - 1 small piece
- Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp finely chopped
- Salt as needed
- Oil for frying
Method
- Mix all the ingredients well except oil, make small balls and keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan, place the paneer balls one by one gently and fry in low flame. When the paneer balls turn golden brown, take them out, drain excess oil and place them over a tissue paper ,
- Hot paneer pakodas are ready to SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY OR TOMATO KETCHUP.
