PANEER CUTLET
Ingredients
For cutlet
- Paneer - 200gms
- Green Chilly -2 finely chopped
- Ginger -1tsp chopped
- Jeera & Coriander seeds (roasted and crushed) - ¼ tsp
- Fennel – ¼ tsp
- Kasuri Methi - ½ tsp
- Salt as needed
- Coriander leaves -1tbsp chopped
- All Purpose Flour/Maida – ¼ cup
- Corn Flour - ¼ cup
- Chat Masala – ½ tsp
- Water as needed
- Bread Crumbs – 250 gm
- Oil -for deep Frying
- Take a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the cutlet, mix well and prepare desired shape by greasing hand with oil
- Take maida and corn flour in a bowl, add chat masala, pinch of salt and ½ cup water, mix well to form the needed consistency (i.e. flowing consistency).
- Dip the cutlets in the batter to cover on all sides and roll it in bread crumbs. Repeat the same one more time and keep aside for 10 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets in medium heat by flipping occasionally until golden brown.
- Serve hot with TOMATO SAUCE OR MINT CHUTNEY.
