PANEER CUTLET



                                       


Ingredients

 

For cutlet 

  1. Paneer - 200gms
  2. Green Chilly -2 finely chopped
  3. Ginger -1tsp chopped
  4. Jeera & Coriander seeds (roasted and crushed) - ¼ tsp
  5. Fennel – ¼ tsp
  6. Kasuri Methi - ½ tsp
  7. Salt as needed
  8. Coriander leaves -1tbsp chopped

 Other ingredients 

  1. All Purpose Flour/Maida – ¼ cup
  2. Corn Flour - ¼ cup
  3. Chat Masala – ½ tsp
  4. Water as needed
  5. Bread Crumbs – 250 gm
  6. Oil -for deep Frying

 Method 

  1. Take a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the cutlet, mix well and prepare desired shape by greasing hand with oil
  2. Take maida and corn flour in a bowl, add chat masala, pinch of salt and ½ cup water, mix well to form the needed consistency (i.e. flowing consistency).
  3. Dip the cutlets in the batter to cover on all sides and roll it in bread crumbs. Repeat the same one more time and keep aside for 10 mins.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cutlets in medium heat by flipping occasionally until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with TOMATO SAUCE OR MINT CHUTNEY.
