MOONG DAL SWEET CHUNDAL
Ingredients
- Moong dal – 250gm
- Shredded coconut – 150 gm
- Jaggery – 200gm
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Cardamom - ½ tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Raisins for decoration
Method
- Wash and cook the moong dal in a cooker adding salt. Melt jagerry in little water add this to the cooked moong dal and mix well. To this add coconut and cardamom & ghee. Mix well, decorate with raisins and enjoy !!
