MOONG DAL SWEET CHUNDAL

 


Ingredients

  1. Moong dal – 250gm
  2. Shredded coconut – 150 gm
  3. Jaggery – 200gm
  4. Ghee – 2 tbsp
  5. Cardamom - ½ tsp
  6. Salt a pinch
  7. Raisins for decoration

Method

  1. Wash and cook the moong dal in a cooker adding salt. Melt jagerry in little water add this to the cooked moong dal and mix well. To this add coconut and cardamom & ghee. Mix well, decorate with raisins and enjoy !!
