VERMICELLI SADAM
Ingredients
Vermicelli -100gms, Curd -50gms / ½ cup, Milk- ½ cup, Oil -2 tsp, Green chilly -2
finely chopped, Ginger (finely chopped) -1 tsp, Urad dal-1 tsp, Chana dal-1
tsp, Mustard -1 tsp, Curry leaves -2 stems, Salt as needed.
Method
1. Cook the roasted vermicelli in adequate water.
2. Drain the water and add milk, curd, salt and
chopped curry leaves.
3.Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, urad dal and chana
dal sauté till it turn light brown, then add chopped green chilly and ginger
and again sauté well.
4. Add the cooked vermicelli into it, mix well.
5. Decorate with fried cashew and coriander leaves.
6. Serve with pickle.
